1897 Dutch general election

General elections were held in the Netherlands on 15 June 1897.[1] The Liberal Union remained the largest party, winning 48 of the 100 seats in the House of Representatives.[2]

Azure, billetty Or a lion with a coronet Or armed and langued Gules holding in his dexter paw a sword Argent hilted Or and in the sinister paw seven arrows Argent pointed and bound together Or.
