1962 All-Ireland Intermediate Hurling Championship
The 1962 All-Ireland Intermediate Hurling Championship was the second staging of the All-Ireland Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1961.

Wexford entered the championship as the defending champions, however, they were beaten by Kilkenny in the Leinster Championship.[1][2]
The All-Ireland final was played at Wexford Park on 9 September 1962 between Carlow and London, in what was their first ever championship meeting. Carlow won the match by 6-15 to 3-03 to claim their first ever All-Ireland title.[3][4][5][6]
