Notes

  1. The Pyramids and ENPPI match was postponed for one day due to the 30 June stadium hosting the Egypt and Malawi match in the 2023 African Cup of Nations qualifiers.[3]
  2. The match between Zamalek and National Bank was played at Osman Ahmed Osman Stadium instead of Cairo International Stadium due to maintenance.[4]
  3. Al Ahly withdrew due to fixture congestion after their request for postponement was rejected.[5]
