Rules for classification: 1) Points; 2) Head-to-head points; 3) Head-to-head goal difference; 4) Head-to-head away goals scored; 5) Goal difference; 6) Matches won; 7) Goals scored; 8) Play-off.
(T) Qualified, but not yet for the particular phase indicated; (X) Assured of Europa League, but may still qualify for Champions League
Notes:
  1. Since the finalists of the 2022–23 Taça de Portugal, Porto and Braga, have assured at least the fourth-place of the league, the spot for the Europa League group stage reserved to the Cup winners will be awarded to the fourth-placed team. As a result, the spot for the Europa Conference League third qualifying round reserved to the fourth-placed team will be awarded to the fifth-placed team and the spot for the Europa Conference League second qualifying round reserved to the fifth-placed team will be awarded to the sixth-placed team.
  2. The current seventh-placed team, Chaves, may still finish in fifth or sixth-place and would usually qualify for the Europa Conference League, but failed to obtain a UEFA license. As a result, Vitória de Guimarães, who are guaranteed to finish at least seventh and may at most reach the fifth-place, have qualified for the Europa Conference League.
