2023 F4 Brazilian Championship

The 2023 F4 Brazilian Championship is the second season of the F4 Brazilian Championship. It is a multi-event motor racing championship for open wheel, formula racing cars regulated according to FIA Formula 4 regulations. The championship uses Tatuus F4-T421 chassis.[1]

Teams and drivers

All pre-selected teams are Brazilian-registered and each fields 4 cars. All drivers are Brazilians. Unlike the previous year, there was no draw allocating the drivers to the teams.

Full Time Sports' Formula 4 operation were moved under its subsidiary Bassani Racing.[2] KTF Sports was not replaced.

Race calendar

The schedule was revealed on 1 February 2023. All rounds will be held in Brazil and all but one will support the 2023 Stock Car Pro Series events. One round will support the 2023 São Paulo Grand Prix.[7] In April 2023, the round at Autódromo Internacional Nelson Piquet in Brasília on 16–18 June was replaced by the round at Interlagos Circuit three weeks later.[8]

Championship standings

Points are awarded to the top ten classified finishers in 25-minute races and for the top eight classified finishers in 18-minute races. The final classification is obtained by dropping two worst results from the first five rounds of the championship.
