The Missouri football team plays its home games at Faurot Field in Columbia, Missouri.
Previous season
The Tigers finished the season 6–7 overall and 3–5 in SEC conference play. Finishing the season without a losing record, the Tigers were invited to play in the Gasparilla Bowl to play Wake Forest. The Demon Deacons would win 27–17.
