Agrahara Bachahalli
Agrahara Bachahalli is a village in the southern state of Karnataka, India.[1][2] It is located in the Krishnarajpet taluk of Mandya district in Karnataka.

Agrahara Bachahalli is one of the most prosperous towns from the Hoysala period. The Hero stones at Agrahara Bachahalli numbering around 11 & almost 800 years old. A unique monument found here is the Garuda Lenka Sthambas(Pillars), also known as the hero stones & dedicated to Hoysala Garuda Pace (A Prominent Soldiers who handles every situations). As per inscriptions on these pillars, the family (or) individuals in whose name the stones are installed, served the Hoysala rulers from the times of King Ereyanga (1098-1102). There are also many inscriptions from the time of King Veera Ballala II (1173-1220). The place has the best collection of hero stones and a rare veeragudi (a shrine for a hero).
It is home to numerous temples built during the Hoysala period & Chola Period aswell. The "Huniseshwara Temple" is the most prominent and well maintained temple in the village & constructed in the name of "Hunasenayaka".

Sri Lakshmi Devi Ammanavara Temple - Known as Bachalamma (Due to place name Agrahara Bachehalli / Daanabachehalli she will be call it as Bachalamma) & she is the "Kshetradevate(ಗ್ರಾಮದೇವತೆ)"
Lord Sri Channakeshava temple (The beloved & worshipped god from Hoysala Dynasty in their ruling period).
Lord Sri Amrutheshwara Temple - Which was built by Chola Kingdom in their periods, Because Chola's were use to believe Shiva most & in their period they built almost 700+ Shiva temples where they ruled.
Lord Sri Bhairaveshwara Temple - Built in the period of Hoysala only & believed from surrouding village people.
