Premise
The lives of retired tennis coaches are upended upon the disappearance of the wife.

Production
David Heyman won the rights to the novel in March 2021 to develop it for television.[1] In February 2022, Peacock would give it a straight to series order.[2] In February 2023, Annette Bening, Sam Neill, Alison Brie and Jake Lacy would be cast to star.[3][4][5] In March, Georgia Flood, Conor Merrigan Turner and Essie Randles were added to the cast.[6]
Filming began in Queensland, Australia in March 2023.[7]
