DAL Global Services

Unifi (f/k/a DAL Global Services, LLC), doing business as Unifi Aviation, LLC, is the largest aviation ground handling services in North America. Unifi was formed late 2018, after Delta Air Lines sold a stake of its subsidiary, DAL Global Services, to Argenbright Holdings I LLC. Unifi is jointly owned by Argenbright, with a 51 percent stake, and Delta, with a 49 percent stake. ERMC Aviation Services is owned by Frank A. Argenbright, founder of Argenbright Security.

Unifi provides services such as aircraft ground handling, GSE maintenance, cargo handling, and many other aviation-related services. Unifi, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, serves over 170 airports within the US. Unifi with over 22,000[2] employees has partners with many airlines including Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Avelo Airlines, Breeze Airways, Delta Air Lines, Spirit and United.
