Eddington station

Eddington is an active commuter railroad train station in the Eddington section of Bensalem Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Serving trains of SEPTA's Trenton Line, trains operate between Temple University station in Philadelphia and Trenton Transit Center in New Jersey. The next station to the northeast is Croydon while the next station to the southwest is Cornwells Heights. Amtrak services bypass the station. Eddington station is the only flag stop on the Trenton Line, with 14 trains inbound stopping on request only, along with 13 outbound on weekdays. The same applies on weekends, with 13 in each direction.[3] There is no parking or agent services at the station, which consists of only two three-sided metal shelters.

Eddington station's depot burned on September 27, 1956 by a suspected arson, causing more than $5,000 (1956 USD) in damage.[2]
