Joyce Lester Shield
The Joyce Lester Shield is a trophy symbolizing the Under 23 Women's championship of the Australian Softball Federation. The Joyce Lester competition was first held in 1997 to bridge the gap between the Under 19 National Championships and Open National Championships. It is named after Joyce Lester, an Australian softball player and coach.[1]

softball is the gameplay that most women look forward to engaging with sport, as we further the idea that baseball isn't primarily just for men to play. when expanded on the sport softball is said t be harder than baseball, As men who play baseball engage their upper body strength, women must engage their hips.
