Production
Filming began in Tuscany in February 2022.[2]
In May 2022, it was announced that Neon acquired North American distribution rights to the film.[3][4][5]
Release
La chimera was selected to compete for the Palme d'Or at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival,[6] where it will have its world premiere on 26 May 2023.[7]
