Background

In January 2020, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of its first release, in Italy a Picture disc version of the LP (RCA 19439707261) was reissued, which in the first week it took 4th place in the best-selling vinyl chart.[1]

The album, released a few months before the television broadcast Millemilioni, contains the initial "Mi spendo tutto" and the ending "Io non vivo senza te" of the programme, one of her most intense ballads, also included in the second single extract, "Mi spendo tutto/Io non vivo senza te".[2]

The first single, which anticipated the album, contains the hit "Pedro", one of the singer's best known songs who reach the 5th position in the weekly ranking of the best-selling 45s during 1980 in Italy.[3]
