Plot

The film begins with the judiciary sentencing the death penalty to Bobbili Puli Major Chakradhar when a pregnant woman pledges to unroll her stillborn son in the army and names him Chakradhar. Years roll by, and Chakradhar turns into a top star of filmdom which his mother disapproves of. Parallelly, Sheela is his stan who crushes on him. All the while, a Colonel Jitendra approaches him with the concept of Major Jai Simha and precisely narrates.

Major Jai Simha is highly patriotic that slaps a Minister as he defaults National anthem when the higher authorities seek an apology, he re-slaps him as he hosted the National flag oppositely. Besides, he is cordial with his contentment. One time, he proceeds to the nuptial of his junior Ramakrishna’s sibling Rajani. Whereat, he sights Ramakrishna killed and Rajani abducted by a malevolent MP Dadaji’s son. Jai Simha flares up, safeguards Rajani, and knits her. Subsequently, Dadaji files a case when he defends and acquits as not guilty. Next, he intrepidly encounters Dadaji and departs as a warning. Contemporary, Chakradhar is vividly inspired and immersed in the character. Later, Jitendra requests him to accompany, reach a secret lair, and acquainted with Brigadier Siva Kumar. Here as a flabbergast, Chakradhar spots his identical Jai Simha in a coma when Jitendra spins back.

Once, a dreadful terrorist Afzal Gani is nabbed by Jai Simha. To let him out, his group artifices a kidnap of MP Dadaji who is a quisling. However, Jai Simha successfully makes a rescue operation when he is distracted by counterfeiting a venomous Razia Sultana as MP’s daughter. Currently, the country applauds Jai Simha and is honored with the Maha Vir Chakra. In the interim, Razia Sultana slyly snatches the information and frees Afzal Gani. Moreover, Jai Simha is incriminated with a stigma of a traitor who is Court-martial and prisoned. Following this, Afzal Gani plots to slay Jai Simha's family and he breaks the bars. Simultaneously, he gets knowledge about a massive blast at a school function. So, he diverts his path and shields them by risking death. Then, gravely injured Jai Simha lands at home, sights dead bodies of his kinsfolk excluding Rajani, and slipped into a coma.

Presently, Jitendra & Siva Kumar put Jai Simha undercover to vindicate him. As per the intelligence report, Jai Simha has planted a covert Mohd Shafi who is going to provide key data notifying a cabal. Anyhow, the one he recognizes is Jai Simha which is why they have hired Chakradhar. Chakradhar jubilantly takes up the job with tenacity. During the time of the swap, Mohd Shafi is backstabbed handing over a pen drive to Chakradhar which he hides as something is fishy. Meanwhile, Jai Simha dies when Rajani also passes away on her husband’s lap. Thus, Chakradhar pledges to make the nation salute Jai Simha and detect Siva Kumar as a true renegade. Accordingly, he ceases them and proves Jai Simha as a flag-waver before the judiciary which declares to retrieve his reputation. Therein, Chakradhar proclaims seeking his identity to endorse Param Vir Chakra as Jai Simha departed. At last, Chakradhar is acquitted when his mother smugs him. Finally, the movie ends with the govt bestowing the Award to Major Jai Simha.
