Sadheko momo

Sadheko momo or Sandheko momo is a Nepalese dish where it fuses the momos with various spices and seasoning.[1] To make this dish, the momos are first pan fried before adding a mixture of spices, herbs, tomato, sliced onions, garlic, coriander, chillies, salt and a sprinkle of lemon.[2][3][4]
