Stuffed intestines
Stuffed intestines (Arabic: فوارغ), (Hebrew: מעי( is a dish of Kurdish origin called Bumbar/Mumbar.[1] The main ingredients are minced meat, cow or lamb's intestines, rice, tomato paste, onion, chickpeas, salt, black pepper, allspice, and cinnamon.
