History
Assaria was planned out in 1879.[7] The first post office in Assaria was created in September 1879.[8]

Assaria is at 38°40′49″N 97°36′15″W (38.680374, -97.604029).[9] The United States Census Bureau says that the city has a total area of 0.19 square miles (0.49 km2). All of it is land.[1]
