Kachemak, Alaska
Kachemak is a small city in the US state of Alaska. It is in the southern part of the Kenai Peninsula Borough.[2] The city is about 1.6 square miles (4.1 km2) in size. According to the 2010 United States Census, there were 472 people living there in 2010.[3]

Kachemak is north east of Homer, Alaska, a larger city. It is on the north side of Kachemak Bay, in south-central Alaska. The city covers a total of 1.6 square miles (4.1 km2) of land, according to the United States Census Bureau. The city limits do not include any water. The city has only one road: East End Road.
In 2010, there were 472 people living in Kachemak. These people were mostly caucasian (white), along with a few African-Americans, Asians, and American Indians. There were 226 men and 246 women living there then. About half of the population (45.3%) was sixteen years old or older.[3]
