Norbert Walter-Borjans
Norbert Walter-Borjans (born 17 September 1952) is a German economist and politician. He is a member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany. He has been leader of the SPD since December 2019 and has minister of finance of the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia from 2010 until 2017.[1][2]
