Oliver Dowden
Oliver James Dowden CBE (born 1 August 1978) is a British politician who is currently Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office since 25 October 2022. He has been Member of Parliament (MP) for Hertsmere since 2015.

Dowden was Minister of State at the Cabinet Office and Paymaster General in the government of Boris Johnson from 24 July 2019 to 13 February 2020. He also served as Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport from 13 February 2020 to 15 September 2021. He was also the Co-chairman of the Conservative Party and Co-Minister without Portfolio, alongside Ben Elliot.
