History

Bartlett was platted in June 1886.[7] It was named after one of its creators, Robert A. Bartlett.[8]

The first post office in Bartlett was created in September 1886.[9]

Bartlett was on the Missouri Pacific Railway.[10]

Bartlett is at 37°03′18″N 95°12′42″W (37.054922, -95.211588).[11] The United States Census Bureau says that the city has a total area of 0.13 square miles (0.34 km2). All of it is land.[1]
