Bloomingdale is a census-designated place (CDP) in Sullivan County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 9,888 at the 2010 census[3] and 10,188 in 2013. It is part of the KingsportBristol (TN)Bristol (VA) Metropolitan Statistical Area, which is a component of the Johnson CityKingsportBristol, TN-VA Combined Statistical Area commonly known as the "Tri-Cities" region.
