Charles Murray
Dr. Charles Murray Phd is a libertarian political scientist who works for the American Enterprise Institute. In the 1990s, he caused controversy by co-writing a book called The Bell Curve in which he said that having high IQ was the number one contributing factor to success in the United States. The book had two chapters discussing correlation between ethnicity or race and IQ. They said that it was unclear if there were a genetic connection or not but that there was a good chance there was one. Murray was accused of racism. The Southern Poverty Law Center said he was a "white nationalist" and said his ideas were based on eugenics.[1] Even though there were other people (like Sam Harris) who said that no, Charles Murray wasn’t a racist.[2] [3][4][5][6]In 2017, Murray came to Middlebury College to debate a left-wing professor they were both attacked by violent protesters. [7] [8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19]Murray is a supporter of the Never Trump Movement[20][21][22] and once refused to go up on the same stage as Milo Yiannopoulos[23][24][25] [26][27]on the grounds that Yiannopoulos was someone who pretended that white nationalism wasn’t bad.
