Hancock County, Mississippi
Hancock County is a county found in the U.S. state of Mississippi. As of the 2010 census, 43,929 people lived there.[2] Its county seat is Bay St. Louis.[3] The county was created in 1812. It is named for Founding Father John Hancock.[4]

The county is along the Gulf of Mexico and the state line with Louisiana.
