"I Started a Joke" is a 1968 song by Bee Gees and taken from their fifth studio album Idea. It was not released as a single in the United Kingdom but topped the charts in Australia, Brazil, Canada and New Zealand and went to number 6 in the United States. It was covered by Faith No More in 1998.
