Loreen

Lorine Zineb Nora Talhaoui (born 16 October 1983 in Stockholm), better known by her stage name Loreen, is a Swedish pop singer, music producer and actress. She has Moroccan-Berber ancestry.

Career

Loreen rose to prominence after appearing on the Swedish version of Pop Idol in 2004. Despite not winning, she continued with her music career and released her first single the following year.

In 2012, Loreen represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest in Baku, Azerbaijan with the song "Euphoria". After winning the Eurovision Song Contest 2012, her song was number one in the billboard charts in many countries. "Euphoria" is considered one of the most popular Eurovision songs.

In 2023, Loreen returned to Eurovision to represent Sweden in the 2023 Contest in Liverpool, United Kingdom with the song "Tattoo".[3] She won the Contest for a second time, making her the 1st woman and the 2nd person to win the Eurovision Song Contest twice.[4]

Personal life

Loreen was in a relationship with Idol 2004 winner Daniel Lindström from 2004 to 2006.[5] The couple shared an apartment in Södermalm.[6] Lindström dedicated his first music album after winning Idol to Loreen.[5]

In early 2017, Loreen came out as bisexual.[7]

In March 2021, Loreen revealed that she had a boyfriend.[8]
