Ouachita Parish, Louisiana
Ouachita Parish (French: Paroisse d'Ouachita) is a parish in the U.S. state of Louisiana. Its parish seat is Monroe. It was created in 1807 by the state government. As of the 2010 census, 253,720 people lived there.
