Steps

1Go to https://my.norton.com/home/index in a web browser. You can update your subscription preferences at Norton’s website from any browser.

2Click Sign In. It’s the yellow button on the left side of the screen.Advertisement

3Enter your login details and click Sign In. This takes you to your account homepage.

4Click MY NORTON. It’s at the top-right corner of the page. A menu will expand.

5Click My Subscriptions. It’s the last option in the menu.

6Click Cancel on the subscription.
- If you’re canceling a free trial, toggle the “Free Trial” switch to the Off position, then click Opt Out when prompted.

7Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation. Your Norton subscription will be canceled at the end of the billing cycle.
