How to Cancel Norton on PC or Mac

This wikiHow teaches you how to cancel your subscription to a Norton security product when you’re on a computer.

Steps

    Go to https://my.norton.com/home/index in a web browser. You can update your subscription preferences at Norton’s website from any browser.

    Click Sign In. It’s the yellow button on the left side of the screen.

    Enter your login details and click Sign In. This takes you to your account homepage.

    Click MY NORTON. It’s at the top-right corner of the page. A menu will expand.

    Click My Subscriptions. It’s the last option in the menu.

    Click Cancel on the subscription.
    • If you’re canceling a free trial, toggle the “Free Trial” switch to the Off position, then click Opt Out when prompted.

    Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation. Your Norton subscription will be canceled at the end of the billing cycle.
