Steps

    Open Line on your PC or Mac. It’s a white speech bubble on a green background. You’ll usually find it in the All Apps area of the Start menu (Windows) or the Applications folder (macOS).
    • If you’re currently signed in to LINE, log out now by clicking the gear icon and selecting Log out.[1]

    Click Reset Password. It’s at the bottom of the sign-in window.

    Enter your email address and click OK. LINE will send a password reset message to your email address.

    Open the email message from LINE. This message contains a link you must follow to reset the password.

    Click the password reset link. Your default web browser will open to the password reset page.

    Enter a new password. Type it the same exact way into both blanks.

    Click OK. Your LINE password is now reset and ready to use.
