1Open https://support.apple.com/contact in your internet browser. Type or paste this URL into the address bar, and press ↵ Enter or ⏎ Return on your keyboard.
- You can open and use the support page in any desktop or mobile internet browser.
- Alternatively, you can use the official Apple Support app on an iPhone or iPad. This will allow you to quickly access the same help menu from your phone or tablet.
- You can download the Apple Support app from the App Store at https://apps.apple.com/us/app/apple-support/id1130498044.

2Click the blue Get help link under "Talk to us." You can find this section under the "We’re here to help" heading. It will open a list of all the Apple products you can get help with.Advertisement

3Select Music on the product list. This option looks like a blue-and-pink musical note icon. It will open a list of all the music-related products.
- If you're using the Apple Support mobile app, just scroll down and select Apple Music here.

4Select Apple Music on the Music page. This will open the available support topics for Apple Music.

5Select a support topic. This will open the available contact options on a new page.
- You can select a support topic from Saving & Playing Songs, Radio, Membership & Billing, iCloud Music Library, and Other Apple Music Topics.
- Some of the categories will ask you to select a sub-topic on the next page.

6Select the Chat option. This option looks like a speech bubble icon. It will allow you to directly contact the Apple support team, and instantly get help about your software and hardware issues in an online chat.
- Alternatively, select Schedule a Call to make an appointment for Apple Support to call you by phone. This may be more helpful for individual troubleshooting advice regarding simpler software issues.
- You can also select Email here to send the support team an email message.
- There is no direct support line for Apple Music, but if you want to just call Apple Support directly, you can find all worldwide support phone numbers at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232.

7Enter your personal details. Type your first name, last name, and email address into the chat form to begin a chat conversation with the support team.

8Click the Continue button. This is a blue button at the bottom. It will open a new pop-up window, and allow you to chat with a customer representative.

9Click End Chat at the top. When you're finished, click this button at the top of the chat window to leave the conversation.

10Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up. This will confirm your action, and end the chat.
