Epic Games is an American video game company most well-known for Fortnite, but they also have an online store you can buy other games from too. Unfortunately, Epic Games doesn’t have a helpline or live chat feature, so if you’re having an issue with the store, your account, or any games, you can reach customer support through Epic Games’ website. If you need a more immediate response, you can also try sending messages to their social media accounts. Once you reach out, Epic Games should get back to you for help!

Method 1
Method 1 of 2:

Using the Epic Games Support Page

  1. 1
Go to the Epic Games website and click "Help" at the top-left of the page. You can find Epic Games' homepage at https://store.epicgames.com/. You can also just go directly to the Epic Games help page at https://www.epicgames.com/site/en-US/customer-service.
  2. 2
Select the product you have concerns about from the “Help” page. After you click "Help," a new page will load with a list of products to choose from. Click the product that you’re currently having an issue with to load their individual help sections.[1]
    • For example, if you have a question about Fortnite, click on that listing.

  3. 3
Browse the FAQs to see if your question has already been addressed. The help page has a list of frequently asked questions that may be related to the problem you’re having. Look through the questions for the game or service you selected to see if they’re close to the issue you’re having. Click on the question to show a how-to list to fix the issue.[2]
  4. 4
Click “Contact Us” in the top right corner to bring up the help form. Look for a grey or yellow box labeled “Contact Us” at top of the Help page. When you click on it, a form will open up so you can fill out what issues you’re experiencing.[3]
    • The contact form is the same for each help page, but they may have different options to select in dropdown menus.
  5. 5
Provide your personal information in the text boxes. Choose which system or console you’re having the issue with from the dropdown menu on the form. Then enter your name and email address so Epic Games support can contact you about your issue when they get to your concern.[4]
    • If you selected the wrong game or service for the help menu, then click on the dropdown menu at the top of the form and change it to the correct one.
    • All the information on the form is required except for your full name. You don’t need to provide it if you don’t want to.
  6. 6
Write your problem in the text box on the bottom of the form. Click on the dropdown menu underneath your email address to select a category for your issue. Choose the one that is the closest match to what you’re experiencing. After you make your selection, write your exact issue in the text box below it. Try to be as detailed as you can so customer support can do as much as possible.[5]
    • The options in the dropdown menu may vary depending on what game or service you selected.
    • Include any error codes if there are any in the description of your problem so support can reference them later on.
  7. 7
Submit the form and wait for an email from customer support. Once the form is completed filled out, enter the security code at the bottom of the form and hit “Submit.” The form will be sent to customer support and you may receive an email letting you know that they have gotten your form. Be patient and wait for a response from Epic Games.[6]
    • Depending on the issue you’re having, Epic Games may take a longer or shorter time to respond to your message.
    • If there is a widespread issue, then you may not get an email back addressing the concern.
