Using iTunes

    Plug your iPhone or iPad into your computer via USB. You can use your standard USB charging cable.

    Open iTunes on your computer. The iTunes icon looks like a musical note on a white button. You can find it on your Start menu on Windows, or in the Applications folder on Mac.

    Click the tiny iPhone or iPad icon on the top-left. You can find this button below the Play button in the upper-left corner of iTunes. It will open your device information, and list your menu options on the left panel.

    Click Info on the left menu. You can find this option under the Settings heading on the left sidebar.

    Check the box next to "Sync Calendars with" on the Info page. When this option is enabled, you can select a third-party app to sync your calendars with your iCloud account.

    Select Outlook on the drop-down app list. Click the drop-down next to "Sync Calendars with," and select Outlook on the menu.

Using iCloud Desktop on Windows

    Sign in to your Apple ID. Fill out the sign-in form with your Apple ID email and password, and click the Sign In button on the bottom-right.

    Check the box next to "Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks." When this option is enabled, you can set up your Outlook and your Apple ID to sync all the events, contacts, and other items on your calendars.

    Click the Apply button. This button is located in the lower-right corner of the iCloud window. You'll be prompted to select a sync option on a new pop-up.

    Select All calendars, contacts, and tasks in the pop-up. This will start a complete sync of everything on your Outlook and iCloud calendars, including all the events, contacts, reminders, and notes.
    • If you select Some calendars, contacts, and tasks, you'll be prompted to select which calendars you want to include in your sync.

    Click Done. This will close the setup window. All your calendars on Outlook and iCloud should be synced now.
