Aminshahr

Aminshahr (Persian: امین‌شهر; formerly, Hoseynabad (Persian: حسين آباد), also romanized as Ḩoseynābād and Husainābād; also known as Ḩoseynābād Amīn)[2] is a city in Anar County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 4,044, in 989 families.[3]

AminShahr was founded in 1949 by Ali Amin, also known as Aminotojaar. He hit water after drilling a series of wells, known as qanat for a year.1949
