Alexandria, Louisiana

Alexandria is a city in the state of Louisiana. It it the largest city in the Central Louisiana region, ninth-largest in the state and parish seat of Rapides Parish. Alexandria was incorporated in 1818. In 2010 nearly 48,000 people lived there.
