César Luis Menotti
César Luis Menotti (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈsesaɾ ˈlwis meˈnoti]; born 5 November 1938), known as El Flaco ("Slim"), is an Argentine former football manager and player. He won the 1978 FIFA World Cup as the head coach of Argentina.
