Kristi Noem
Kristi Lynn Noem (/noʊm/; née Arnold, November 30, 1971) is an American politician. Noem is the 33rd and current Governor of South Dakota since 2019. She was the U.S. Representative for South Dakota's at-large congressional district from 2011 to 2019.

Noem is a member of the Republican Party. She was the Republican nominee for Governor of South Dakota in the 2018 gubernatorial election and won the election in November 2018 beating Billie Sutton.[1]
In August 2013, conservative Newsmax magazine named Noem among the "25 most influential women in the GOP".[2]
