The 2023–24 Slovak First Football League will be the 31st season of first-tier football league in Slovakia since its establishment in 1993.

Slovan Bratislava are the defending champions for the fifth successive year.
Teams
Twelve teams will be competing in the league – the top eleven teams from the previous season, and one team promoted from the 2. Liga – FC Košice[1] (promoted to the top flight for the first time in their history). MFK Tatran Liptovský Mikuláš[2] (relegated after spending two seasons in the top flight) had been relegated to 2. Liga.
