  1. MUDA had yet to be admitted as an official component party of Pakatan Harapan. Pakatan Harapan would be forming an electoral pact with MUDA.
  2. New coalition formed in 2020. These numbers are the total seats and vote share of BERSATU, PAS and GERAKAN in the last election. The parties were previously part of Pakatan Harapan, Gagasan Sejahtera and Barisan Nasional.
  3. Corporation between PH and BN with 16 seats
  1. Johari Abdul contested and won the seat in the 2018 Kedah state election as a Pakatan Harapan (PKR) candidate, and announced he resigned his state seat on 18 December 2022. He was also the Opposition Leader from 31 October 2022 to his resignation date.
