Harqin Banner
Harqin Banner (Mongolian: ᠬᠠᠷᠠᠴᠢᠨ ᠬᠣᠰᠢᠭᠤ Qaračin qosiɣu; Chinese: 喀喇沁旗; pinyin: Kèlǎqìn Qí) is a banner of southeastern Inner Mongolia, People's Republic of China. It is under the administration of Chifeng City, the downtown of which is 40 kilometres (25 mi) to the north-northeast.
