Buffalo County, South Dakota
Buffalo County is a county located in the U.S. state of South Dakota. As of the 2010 census, 1,912 people lived there.[1] Its county seat is Gann Valley[2] which, at 14 people, is the least populous county seat in the United States. It was created in 1864.[3] as part of the Dakota Territory.
