Vermillion, South Dakota
Vermillion is a city in the southeastern part of the U.S. state of South Dakota. It is the county seat of Clay County, and it became a city in 1877.[2] Vermillion is the tenth largest city in South Dakota; 10,571 people lived there at the 2010 census.[1] The city is home to the University of South Dakota, a major college in the state.
