How to Cancel a Groupon Getaways Trip

It's too bad when it turns out you can't go on a sweet Groupon Getaways trip that you just signed up for. But you might not be locked into going depending on the trip, and cancellation might still be possible so you don't waste any more money than you need to.

Steps

Log in to the Groupon site and click on your name in the top right corner.

Select "My Groupons" from the drop-down that pops up.

Click on "Show all" to make sure they are all listed. Click on the "edit" button next to a Groupon Getaway that you want to cancel. You can then cancel through the edit screen. If there is no edit button, you'll have to cancel manually. Read the Groupon Getaways package carefully to see what the rules are for this particular Groupon. Click the "Contact Us" button.

Select "I need help with... editing or cancelling an order" from the drop-down menu in the new screen. Click "I need to edit or cancel an order" form the second drop-down selection. Click "Continue" at the bottom of the screen.

Type in a message about why you need to cancel, and which order you want to cancel. Click "Submit" to send the request.
