    Go to https://www.groupon.com in a web browser. You can use any web browser on PC or Mac.

    Log in to Groupon. Click "Sign In" in the upper-right corner of the webpage and log in with the email address and password associated with your Groupon account.

    • Alternatively, you can click the text below the two boxes that says "You can also request a call with our team". This opens a form that allows you to provide a phone number and write a brief message before requesting a callback via the phone.

    Type Delete my account next to "Issues:". Delete the text that says "Updating Your Account Information" and replace it with "Delete my account".
    • This option is not available in the Email or phone call form.
    • If you are requesting a callback via phone, you will also need to provide a callback number.

    Explain that you want to delete your account. Use the space provided to type a brief message to explain that you want to delete your account. This is especially important if you are requesting to cancel your account via Email or a callback.
