Seberang Jaya (state constituency)

Seberang Jaya is a state constituency in Penang, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Penang State Legislative Assembly.[3]

The state constituency was first contested in 1986 and is mandated to return a single Assemblyman to the Penang State Legislative Assembly under the first-past-the-post voting system. Since 2013, the State Assemblyman for Seberang Jaya is Afif Bahardin from PPBM, formerly Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR).[4][5][6]
