Tuscaloosa County, Alabama

Tuscaloosa County is a county of the U.S. state of Alabama.[1] It was named in honor of the Choctaw chief Tuskaloosa.[1] In 2007, the population was recorded as 171,159.[1] In 2000, 164,875 people lived there.
