2023 Norwich City Council election
The 2023 Norwich City Council election took place on 4 May 2023 to elect members of Norwich City Council in Norfolk, England. This would be on the same day as other local elections in England.[3]

The leader of the council prior to the election was Labour councillor Alan Waters, who had led the council since 2015. He chose not to stand for re-election.[4]
