2023 Wokingham Borough Council election
The 2023 Wokingham Borough Council election took place on Thursday 4 May 2023. That was the same day as other United Kingdom local elections in order to elect members of Wokingham Unitary Council in Berkshire, England. One third of the council, 18 seats, was up for election. The Conservative Party was the largest political group, but had lost control in the 2022 elections to the Wokingham Partnership - a group made up of Liberal Democrat, Labour and Independent members. After this election, the Liberal Democrats (UK) became the largest party, but the Council still had no overall control.
